Why Integrated
“I am the Good Shepherd, and I know Mine and Mine know Me.”
— John 10: 14
In the New St. Joseph Baltimore Catechism No. 1, the very first question addressed is “The Purpose of Mans’s Existence.” We read that in order to gain the joy of eternal life in heaven, we must know, love, and serve God in this world. The natural follow-up question is— how exactly do we do that?
"Integrated with Angela Erickson" sets out to answer a few fundamental questions about our human nature such as, "Who am I?" and "What was I made for?" This show will be gritty and challenge you to grow in sanctity, but full of hope and joy.
By engaging in comprehensive discussions on current events in the world and in the Church, my guests and I will examine the theological and philosophical tradition of the Church throughout millennia and how it can be applied practically and spiritually to our own lives today. I want to help bridge the chasm that often exists in our lives between the intellect and the will, as I know from experience how difficult this is. I’m constantly reminded that “the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
By examining the world around us and coming to terms with our nature, we can grow as disciples of Christ that live truly integrated lives-- leaving nothing in our lives untouched by the Truth about who we are and what we were made for.
Please join me in living an Integrated life!
